How it works

1. Free IT assessment

We review your environment on-site — hardware, security posture, backups, and risks — and give you a written, scored report. No obligation, no sales pitch.

2. One flat monthly price

Pick a plan. The price is published, per user, with no surprise invoices. Prevention is included, so we are paid to keep things running — not to wait for them to break.

3. Quarterly reviews

Every quarter you get a plain-English review of what happened, what's at risk, and what's worth planning for — built from your real ticket, patch, and backup data.

Built for

Professional offices

Law, accounting, title, insurance, architecture, construction — 5 to 50 people who need IT to simply work, and someone accountable when it doesn't.

Medical, dental & clinics

HIPAA-aware support: encrypted backup, compliance reporting, annual risk assessment, and a partner who has hosted and supported medical practices for years.

Teams with in-house IT

Your IT person shouldn't be an island. Co-Managed IT gives them a senior escalation bench, coverage when they're out, and the server/security/backup layers handled — without replacing them.

Service area

On-site managed IT support across the St. Cloud metro and Central Minnesota: St. Joseph, St. Cloud, Sartell, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids, Cold Spring, and surrounding communities. Remote monitoring and helpdesk reach anywhere.

Common questions

What does a managed plan cost?

Plans are priced per user per month — see the pricing page for current numbers. Most small offices land between a few hundred and a couple thousand dollars a month, always known in advance.

We already have someone who “does our IT.” Why switch?

If they bill hourly, they get paid more when things break. A flat plan pays us to prevent problems — monitoring, patching, and backups are included, so our incentive is your uptime.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Plans are month-to-month agreements with a simple onboarding fee. We keep clients by being good, not by trapping them.

What happens to break/fix service?

It stays available at our standard hourly rate. Managed clients get remote support included and priority on everything else.
