Endpoint monitoring & support

One workspace for the work of IT.

Bring device monitoring, remote support, file sharing, Windows security tools, tickets and QuickBooks billing into one workspace. Choose CRU hosting or your own approved VM at the same license price.

Based in St. Joseph, serving St. Cloud and Central Minnesota. Remote work and on-site availability are confirmed for your location.

Good fit for Small IT teams and service providers managing one organization, with up to 100 endpoints and three technicians.

Five tools. One IT workflow.

From a device issue
to an approved invoice.

CRU-Ops connects the daily work: understand the device, help the person, record the work and prepare the bill. The proposed bundle brings these implemented components into one qualified package.

01

RMM

Know the device.

Review inventory and health, then use the supported remote-support route. Remote monitoring and management helps your technicians act; it does not supply unlimited technician labor.

02

FileShare

Move the right files.

Send and receive files through the web interface, with expiring links, passwords and transfer controls. The starter includes 50 GB pooled across customer files and ticket attachments.

03

CRU-AV

See Windows security.

Access the accepted Defender and firewall status and action tools. Optional security events give technicians more context. AV management is included for eligible Windows endpoints.

04

Ticketing

Keep the work together.

Track requests, assign the technician and record billable time. Give the team a shared record of what was asked for and what work was performed.

05

QBO connector

Approve, then send.

Review invoices or estimates and approve delivery to your connected QuickBooks Online company. Your QuickBooks subscription stays separate, and accounting changes keep their human approval step.

Choose the location

Your infrastructure.
Or ours. Same license.

Proposed Ops Starter pricing is $98/month either way. No additional CRU hosting fee. Each deployment must pass the same agreed workflow and capacity checks.

CRU-hosted $98/mo

We operate the accepted application hosting profile on CRU infrastructure. Hosting is included in the license price; optional migration, training and endpoint support are separate work.

Self-hosted $98/mo

Run the qualified package on your approved VM. You provide the infrastructure and agree operating, backup and update responsibilities. The portable VM release is still being qualified.

One organization. One instance. Up to 100 accepted endpoints, three named technicians, 50 GB pooled files and attachments, and one QuickBooks company connection.

Understand the included CRU-AV →
Proposed launch pilot

The integrations exist today. A portable customer VM and complete package acceptance are still in progress. Request pilot onboarding; we confirm compatibility, capacity and release readiness before activation or payment.

What you get

A scope you can understand.

  • RMM: device inventory, health visibility and supported remote-support workflows
  • Ticketing: requests, technician assignments and recorded billable time
  • FileShare: web uploads and downloads with expiring, password-protected sharing links
  • CRU-AV: supported Windows Defender and firewall status and local action tools
  • QBO connector: human-approved invoice and estimate delivery to one authorized QuickBooks Online company
  • Product updates during the accepted license term; the same license price in either hosting location

Before you decide

Know the boundaries.

  • Initial scope is one buyer organization per instance; this is not a multi-customer MSP tenancy promise
  • 50 GB is pooled customer file and attachment storage. Security-event retention, transfer limits, backups and export terms are confirmed separately before activation
  • Your QuickBooks subscription, endpoint operating-system licenses and any separately licensed security features are additional
  • Technician labor, staffed security response and malware cleanup are separate services
  • VM sizing and supported endpoint platforms are confirmed during onboarding. Desktop file sync and a downloadable ready-to-run appliance are not included in this pilot promise

What your budget buys

One license budget, with optional help priced separately

Ops Starter proposes five connected functions for $98/month. Hosting location does not change the CRU license price. The license supplies tools; your technicians perform the work unless you separately book CRU support.

Syncro CorePublic pricing source ↗$159 / technician / monthMonthly billing; $129/technician/month when billed annually. Unlimited endpoints. One technician is $159/month; three are $477 on monthly billing. CRU proposes $98 for up to three technicians and 100 endpoints; feature maturity and support differ.
Tactical RMM paid plansPublic pricing source ↗$55 self-hosted / $65 hosted per monthSelf-hosted Tier 1: 0–199 endpoints. Hosted Starter: 0–100. Unlimited technicians; annual prices differ.CRU is $43/month above this paid self-hosted tier and $33 above hosted Starter. Compare the included ticketing, file sharing, AV management and QBO workflow against your needs. Tactical also permits specified free self-hosted use; no feature-equivalence claim.
Action1Public pricing source ↗$0 for the first 200 endpointsFree endpoint-management tier; community support.A strong free option if its patching and endpoint functions meet your needs. It is a different scope from this combined workspace.

At 100 endpoints, proposed CRU licensing is $102/month below Level; at three technicians it is $379 below monthly Syncro Core. These are license-price differences, not claims of equivalent features or support. Free tools may be the better fit for a narrower requirement. CRU's advantage is the agreed combined workflow and a low, fixed starting price.

Getting started

From a question to an agreed service.

  1. 01

Tell us your endpoint count, technician count, hosting preference and whether you need a QuickBooks connection.

  2. 02

We check the supported workflows and deployment, then agree storage, retention, responsibilities and the complete price.

  3. 03

After the package qualifies and you accept the scope, we onboard the instance and verify the agreed workflows together.

Useful answers

Before you get started.

Does hosting really cost the same?

Yes. The proposed Ops Starter license is $98/month in either location. CRU hosting of the accepted app profile has no additional hosting fee. Self-hosting requires your own compatible infrastructure; its cost is yours. This does not include a general-purpose VM for unrelated applications.

Can I download the VM today?

Not yet. The individual integrations are implemented, but portable installation, licensing, isolation, upgrades and recovery still need package acceptance. The form requests pilot onboarding, not a download, purchase or immediate activation.

Is CRU-AV another charge?

No. The bundle includes CRU-AV management for eligible Windows endpoints inside your 100-endpoint allowance. The separate standalone AV rate is not added to Ops Starter.

Can I run this for several customer organizations?

The initial license covers one organization and one production instance. Multi-customer isolation and commercial packaging need a separately qualified scope; three technician seats do not create three tenant organizations.

Will it send invoices automatically?

An authorized person reviews and approves invoices or estimates before the connector sends them. Your own QuickBooks Online subscription and authorization are required. Synchronization is scheduled, not a promise of real-time accounting updates.

What happens if I need more capacity?

We agree any additional scope and price before changing the plan. There are no automatic metered overage charges. Storage, transfer, security-log retention, backup and export arrangements must be confirmed before activation.
