The workstation plan gives you a stated annual software-and-storage price. CRU confirms the sources, destination and recovery workflow before installation, so the service agreement can distinguish storage from setup, monitoring and recovery assistance.
Installation, monitoring, support, retention and extra capacity are agreed separately. This example includes no free technician time and makes no server-image, application-restore or bootability promise.
