What your budget buys
Dedicated application hosting covers the accepted environment, operations, encrypted backups, monitoring and the agreed support allowance. Annual code care is a separate way to plan for the listed framework, runtime and security-maintenance work.
Code servicing is paid yearly in advance. Onboarding, licenses and a test environment are separate. The agreement defines support capacity; this price does not promise a particular number of included support hours.
This is an optional addition to application hosting, using sanitized data for the accepted training or change-testing scope. It is not already included in the example above.
